Sincere thanks for sharing your fantastic vacation home with us. The house is beautifully maintained and very clean. The location couldn’t be better – Disney and Sea World, shopping and dining a short drive away, a gorgeous view – from which we could se magic Kingdom fireworks and, unbelievably, the launch of the Discovery shuttle. The pool and hot tub are phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back for a third visit.

We had a terrific time in Florida with the added bonus of hiring a fantastic villa. It had all that was required and was extremely comfortable/clean etc. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds the bathrooms were all that we expected and the kitchen was equipped superbly. The swimming pool/spa was superb and the kids enjoyed all their spare time in it. All in all it made our stay so much more enjoyable.

Thank you for the use of your beautiful home! We had a wonderful time! It was our first Disney vacation as a family, so we weren't quite sure how much we would like it . . . the house made ALL the difference for us. We could leave the crowds and enjoy the peace, quiet and privacy of your home and pool. On several occasions while we were at the parks, we'd ask the children what they wanted to do next and they would unanimously respond, "Let's go to the house and swim!" And as we were leaving Orlando to go home, our nine year old grandson said "I wish we could stay a month"
We WILL go to Orlando again for vacation and we WILL rent your house again! We cannot speak too highly about the house, pool, facilities, community, etc! Everything was clean and well maintained! Your service providers are the best!

We just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa in Orlando. Procedures for check-in, parking passes, etc were very clear, and all went very smoothly. The resort's clubhouse and castle playground were wonderful. Your house was very clean and the screened in pool was great fun. The entire family had a fantastic trip including the grandparents who were even coaxed onto some Magic Kingdom roller coasters. We are looking forward to going to Orlando in 2009, and will likely contact you again soon regarding another booking.

What can we say other than Wow!! The house was perfect and such a nice break from the theme park crowds. We did one park in the morning, came back for lunch and pool time, and went to another park in the afternoon. It was so great to have the quiet pool for the kids to have some down time. I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else.
Thank you for the accurate pictures on the internet. When we opened the door it was every bit as good as the pictures.

We had a great vacation in Orlando. It was our 5 and 1 year olds’ first time to Disney. They loved it. We went to all 4 parks. We came back and loved the pool and spa. It was so relaxing to be in a house and not in a hotel. A great week.
It took us less than 20 minutes – most days – to park car and be inside park. Awesome!

10 of us have stayed in the house for 2 weeks now and had an absolutely wonderful holiday. We would all like to thank David & Fran for letting us stay in their very beautiful home. The house is very well maintained and provided us with everything we could possibly need. We had 5 children with us age range 13 – 16 and they really enjoyed both the villa and the complex pool. The area is very safe and we felt secure in letting the children go out round the complex, they met lots of friends.

What a wonderful home! We really enjoyed all the house & the resort had to offer. From the clubhouse to the backyard retreat everything was perfect. To be able to take a break from the Disney parks and relax and get a bite to eat before heading out again this really fit the bill. The pictures on the website are nice, but the actual rooms are so much bigger than they look on the computer screen. Thank you for sharing your home with us!! We will be back again and would stay nowhere else.
