All rates are subject to State and Local Tax of 13%. You can pay by credit card through PayPal.

For late deals and special offers, payment in full together with a security deposit of $300 is required to confirm booking.

Our home will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. The villa is professionally managed, with a 24-hour emergency service.

Arrival time is after 4 pm, with departure by 10 am on your last day. Please note that we request no smoking in our home, and that we cannot accommodate pets.
