How close is the villa to Disney?
We are not just close to Disney, we are closest to Disney - just 2 miles from Walt Disney World main gate. The resort is the closest vacation villa rental community to Disney. Some villas claiming to be 'close to Disney' can be several miles away with a long commute to Walt Disney World. Check out our location map for details.

Is there plenty for the kids to do?
The villa has its own pool and spa overlooking the lake. Inside, there is a 55" big screen cable TV and a DVD in the living room as well as cable TV with DVD in each bedroom, so the kids can watch what they want anytime. The beach pool and clubhouse are just a step away. There are pool tables, table tennis, arcade games and a family movie theater in the clubhouse, and a separate outside play area.

Is there a games room?
There is a games room with pool tables, table tennis, fooseball & arcade games, a family movie theater and a fitness room in the clubhouse, which is a short walk from our home. Some villas without resort facilities offer a garage (often without air-conditioning) as a "games room" - we think you will prefer the clubhouse amenities which are available to our guests.

Does the pool get sun?
The sun in Florida is high in the sky and our pool gets the sun - except for the lanai which is sunny in the early morning when it is cooler, and is pleasantly shaded as the day gets hotter. We get summer sun on the pool from early morning thru late afternoon, and winter sun from early morning thru early afternoon. (Some vacationers who want a sunny pool request a south-facing pool, not realising that the lanai may be without shade in the afternoon, or that the pool may be shaded by nearby buildings.)

How do I see a movie in the cinema?
Just choose a movie in the sundry shop and your family can watch in the 58-seat cinema. You may even get the whole place to yourselves. The cinema is free, as are all resort facilities.

Are the resort facilities included in the price?
Resort amenities are free to all our guests at no extra charge. Access to the facilities is via a Guest Prox Card, obtainable from the Welcome Desk located in the clubhouse. The cards require a refundable deposit of $5 each and are good for the duration of your stay.

How do I book?
Simply complete the reservation request form on our enquiries page, or e-mail us. We will confirm availability and price by e-mail. We then require a $300 security deposit to confirm your booking.
